No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide store credit — under any circumstances, including:

    • Change of mind

    • Accidental purchase

    • Product not meeting expectations

    • Shipping delays

Exceptions (Handled Case-by-Case)

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we stand behind our quality. In rare cases, we may consider replacements only (not refunds) for:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival

  • Incorrect items shipped due to our error

Conditions for Replacement Consideration:

  3. Product must be unopened and unused

  4. We reserve the right to deny claims

Replacements are shipped at our expense only if the issue is verified as our fault. No cash refunds will be issued.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following are not eligible for replacement or any remedy:
